These terms apply to using Smilyfare, operated by Smilyfare.
Fares
Fares shown come from airlines and travel suppliers and can change or sell out at any time. A booking is confirmed only after our team confirms the fare and seats and payment is received against our invoice.
Payment
Pay only to our company account as shown on our invoice. The website does not take payments, and we never ask for card details, passwords or OTPs.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellations and changes follow the fare rules of the airline or supplier for the fare you booked; fees may apply. Refunds are paid back to the original payer after the airline or supplier refunds us, less any cancellation fees and our service charge, as stated at booking.
Our role
We act as a travel agent. Flights are operated by the airlines, whose conditions of carriage apply.
